Phil Abernathy
Phil has over 43 years of Tech and Executive experience. He began coding during the punch card era and progressed to become the CIO of Shell in the Sultanate of Oman. He left in 1994 and since then has been the founder of 7 tech startups. Phil led Agile and operating model transformations at large multinational companies such as IBM, Cisco, and World Kinect. Since 2023 he has been deeply involved in AI and in the organisational and capability impacts of it.
Arjen Smedes
Arjen has 31 years of hands-on Engineering experience in Application development, Cloud engineering, and more recently, AI Engineering. He has held various roles, including Engineer, Technical Lead, Platform Architect, and CTO, over the years. He is a Tech entrepreneur, and his passion is building solutions that change the world for the better.
Martin Oosterom
Martin has 32 years of experience in engineering and tech research. His Cloud engineering and AI knowledge, combined with his hands-on approach and experience, make him the wizard behind the wonder. Martin is the technical powerhouse behind every team we work with, and his passion for learning and improvement makes him invaluable to any organization.
Jeremy Abernathy
Jeremy looks after the US operations of PurpleAgentic and Purple Candor. He has 10 years of hands-on tech experience working with Agile teams and managing large projects. He was both portfolio management and Info-sec experience and looks after our programs of work and operations in the US.
